The Quattro is essential to life on Blown Away as it is both a combined inverter and charger. Additionally it can accept our two AC inputs which are 50 amp shore power and our Northern Lights 6k diesel generator as well as charge our 900 amp hour Relion lithium battery house bank from power created by our 3000 watts of solar panels

We can set this on manual or auto start where if your Relion Lithium battery house bank drop below 30% charge, our Northern Light's 6K generator will cut on and continue to run systems such as power hungry air conditioning while it charges our house bank back up to 90% and then shuts off.  

The Color Control GX is a mesmerizing functional communication-centre of Blown Aways power station. It offers at-a-glance live information, and lets us control everything connected to it. Full system control is gained - almost anywhere in the world - by accessing our Color Control GX using our free-to-use Victron Remote Management Portal making it a truly amazing device.  

This Marinco stainless steel inlet is solid cast marine grade 316 stainless steel and include a heavy duty cap strap for strength and durability. Its robust construction and corrosion-resistance provides long life in the harsh marine environment. Technical features are designed to make them easy to install and a pleasure to use for the marine professional or the casual recreational boater.

The Lynx Shunt VE.Can is an intelligent 1000A shunt with location for a fuse (not included), the built-in battery monitor accurately monitors the state of charge of your battery. Use a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX) for reading out the information. Part of the modular Lynx distribution system.

We upgraded our shore power from 30 amps (3,600 watts) to 50 amps (12,000 watts) which expodentially increases the amount of shore power we can access while at a marina so that we can run more power hungry items at once such as both of our 16,000 btu air conditioners.  ​
